It's been a little over two weeks since speculation of a split began to swirl, however a very together-looking Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne were spotted out at Koi restaurant in Los Angeles, California on Monday night (January 30).
Both dressed in a dark-colored ensembles, the "Complicated" singer and her on/off reality star beau seemingly squashed any claims of a breakup as they arrived to the swanky City of Angels eatery.

“Just got out of the water with @sprandoni .. So worth it :),” the 28-year-old former reality star tweeted, along with a pic of a bloody gash on his left hand.
Brody and Avril Lavigne, who were rumoured to have split, were recently spotted getting “cozy” at Culina restaurant inside the Four Seasons Beverly Hills.

Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner's romance may not be headed for the Hills after all.
The musician, 27, and former reality star, 28, were cozy at Culina restaurant at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills over the weekend, an eyewitness tells PEOPLE.
"They had drinks on the patio and moved inside for dinner," the witness says. "They were kissing and cuddling and were very affectionate. They definitely didn't look broken-up."
The couple, who never confirmed they ended their relationship, have been dating for about a year and a half.
At the time of their reported split earlier this month, a source told PEOPLE that the duo could very well get back together.
"Avril has always been there for me and is the closest person to my heart," Jenner Tweeted shortly after the supposed breakup. "I love her."

Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have split after nearly two years together.
One of the reasons behind the split, it was reported that the twosome have been clashing over their careers. Us Weekly claimed that Jenner felt he was held back by Lavigne. "Every time he wanted to come back and take meetings to get his career back in order, she would make him go to Asia and Europe," said an insider.
The inside source continued on, "He hasn't worked and he wants to." Accordingly, 25-year-old Lavigne said no to multiple TV show offers 26-year-old Brody received. "They were both unhappy because he wants to have his career, she wants him to stay with her," the insider further explained.
While Us suggested that career was to blame, Life & Style said the two actually are not on the same path when it comes to marriage. "She wanted to settle down, but he wasn't exactly ready," so said a source. "They had been having problems starting in the summer with her tour because she was on the road all the time. It put a strain on their relationship."

Brody Jenner tries to keep a low profile while picking up his car from a valet in Los Angeles. Star Magazine is reporting that Jenner proposed to his girlfriend Avril Lavigne over the Christmas holidays.

“Brody’s mom, Linda Thompson, is thrilled that her Casanova son is settling down.
“She loves Avril and thinks she’s good for Brody.

Spotted: Avril Lavigne and boyfriend Brody Jenner walking around NYC with friends yesterday, November 28. Their walk came after the punk-pop princess stopped by Live! with Kelly to perform a lovely acoustic rendition of "Wish You Were Here.' Like the parade performance, Avril censored the song’s lyrics to be more suitable for daytime TV. (The “damn, damn, damns” became “yeah, yeah, yeahs.”) But it didn’t take away from the song’s sentiments.

Avril Lavigne and boyfriend Brody Jenner leant their support to the Picksie 2.0 computer game launch party at Lucky Strikes Lanes & Lounge in New York.
Avril dressed casually for the occasion in jeans and a we love to party T-shirt.
A shy Brody shunned the red carpet, though, in what was his first public appearance since the duo were attacked in a Los Angeles hotel bar.
Lavigne took to Twitter earlier this month to deny she had been involved in causing the scuffle at Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, which saw her boyfriend Brody Jenner taken to hospital to have stitches after being struck in the face by a bottle.
Avril was also nursing a few injuries including a black eye, bloody nose, scratches and minor cuts and bruises after getting caught up in the melee.
The couple insist it was an unprovoked attack and police are investigating the incident.
Avril took to Twitter saying: 'I don't fight. I don't believe in it. To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is f*****.

Brody Jenner & Avril Lavigne Arrive in New York

Avril Lavigne announced she is back in the studio working on her next album. That report came just over a week after she and Brody Jenner were assaulted in a bar fight.
Lavigne – or ‘sources’ close to the star – released a photo of her injuries to one of her previously harshest critics, Perez Hilton. Making that photo public may have been in response to a grainy paparazzi picture taken of Lavigne with her head down, reportedly shot soon after the assault, which speculators used to question the validity of her reported injuries.
In the subsequently released and much clearer photo, a number of scratches – including one very near to her left eye – are clearly visible.
As mentioned above, boyfriend Brody Jenner was also injured in the assault earlier this month, including a gash on his head from being struck with a bottle. He attended hospital later that night and has filed a report with police.

So what provoked a violent brawl involving Avril Lavigne and beau Brody Jenner at a Hollywood club?
It's complicated.
Both the singer, 27, and her reality star man, 28, tweeted late Monday about sparring with other revelers while out and about. Citing a black eye, bloody nose, bruises, cuts and ripped-out hair, Lavigne explained "I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is f----ed."
Added Hills alum (and Kim Kardashian's stepbrother) Jenner: "Interesting Saturday night... Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face."
One source tells Us the fight went down at Beacher's Madhouse, where Lavigne got into "an argument" with another woman.
Explains a second source: "At first, the girl called Brody something and that set Avril off so she talked s**t back to them."
Observing the tiff, "Brody came over aggressively and got involved," the first source explains, adding that another man came to defend Lavigne's sparring partner. "They were scuffling on the floor...Brody was the aggressor and had five guys with him. When they finally got up Brody was bleeding."
Although many reports say Jenner was struck with a broken bottle, the first source says, "There was no bottle with blood and no bottle broken or anything like that [visible]."
Jenner, Lavigne and their crew were eventually escorted off the property. Jenner later filed a police report for assault with a deadly weapon; the men with whom he fought did not press charges.

That Kardashian-Jenner clan just can't stay out of the news!
Saturday night, while his half sister Kim Kardashian was dashing off to see estranged husband Kris Humphries in Minnesota, Brody Jenner was taking a bottle to the head during an argument between his girlfriend Avril Lavigne and another woman.
Brody and Avril started their Saturday night at Chateau Marmont, and then moved the fun to the Hotel Roosevelt and its celeb-packed lounge.
That's where Avril and another woman got into a heated argument, and Brody paid the price when he tried to rescue his petite pop star girlfriend.
He took a bottle to the head -- and had a bloody gash to show for it! (see bottom left photo)
Hotel security and then the cops stepped in, with Brody being transported to the hospital for treatment.
Before going out last night, Brody tweeted "Having the best night with the love of my life @AvrilLavigne so happy right now!! .. #Movember CRUSH!! haha" complete with a photo (above left) of himself with Avril.
Seven hours later, he came back to his Twitter page with....
"Interesting Saturday night... Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face.."

Kris Jenner, is rumored to be trying to get Brody Jenner and his girlfriend, Avril Lavigne, on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
A source said, “Kris is always trying to come up with ideas to make the Kardashian empire even bigger. She knows how the show got some flak for being boring last season, so her new plan to spice it up is to get Brody and Avril to make appearances on it. Her ultimate goal is to take over as their manager. Kris sees nothing but dollar signs in Avril.”
